Roger
As ever thanks for all your efforts on our behalfs in this
area. I'm very concerned about a number of issues here.
The gracious extension by three weeks is in effect eight
working days, not fifteen, because of the extended
Christmas/New Year break.
The requirement "to complete and return the hard copy"
rather than printing out from our own system further
increases the burden of work at an already very busy time
for us all (HESES, RAS & HESA) - are we going to get any
compensation for this?
The inability of the SLC to do things in a simple and
convenient way has ceased to astound me; but if we have to
get our systems together to cope with the changes and
accept the data in the electronic format they send why
can't they?
Regards
Paul
