Ian and all, i would not worry too much , I do only think these Loan
apllications apply to those students whose actual courses, started late in
the 1998/99 academic year, and thus thjey have the option of still being
eligible to apply for their first year loan . this is probably very unusual,
and the chances are you do not have any students who come under this
category. i know we don't.I have kept one pack just in case.
