Eleanor
See my earlier message about non arrival of forms.
My reckoning is to give them the same form (they face the same eligibility
test as the new students)

Roger,
Any word yet on form EU 1 (r), i.e. the form for 1998 entrants? Also, what
form do we give an EU student who began his/her course in 1998 but who did
not apply for LEA support or who applied but did not qualify for support?
