Your reply does surprise me somewhat, given that our conversation
last week led me to understand that HESA did the 'value-added'
calculation on the Guardian's behalf. If that is the case, then
surely HESA will have explained how the codes are used, what they
represent, and therefore worked with the Guardian to decide which
to include and which to exclude - are you now saying that this is
not the case?
