Universities have not supplied it. What I think they are
referring to is the Geodemographic analysis done on the HESA
postcode data, by HEFCE, to inform the Widening Participation
premium in the funding allocation for 1999/2000. We've all had
copies of our analysis.
Its another question entirely as to whether we supply this to the
ST ...
