I agree with Adrian, concerning the issue on the conflicts found
when only one impairment was keep in mind while designing.
I feel this in an important issue and that is why I want to to a PhD
focusing on this issue. I pondered the issue often when I was
designing in studio for archy (architecture) studio. Yet you find this
in designing alone and not just in the realm of accessibility. there
are publications to help with some of these conflict, ie:if one was
needing knowledge on how to design a complex environmental
system with a complex structural design. there needs to be more
text concerning conflicts in designing for all.
Just an opinion.
