Dear all,
This is another area that I am interested in I'm afraid. You will recall
that in our Company we have measures put in place on our performance. One
of the measures that I want for my staff is feedback from the users on how
well we have designed their offices for them.
I have some problems here because we have something like 10 000 people in
the organisation. Some of them are not very objective and, whilst some are
very happy with what we provide, some are not. Finding a way of measuring
objectively is not that easy.
Any thoughts?
Regards,
Patrick

Subject: post occupancy evaluation
An important area of our work, I think, in terms of how well do
users / occupiers use the facilities we have created for them.
Anyway, The Construction Productivity Network are running a short
course, obviously not aimed at disability in particular but there
may
be some relevance.
