Thanks for the comments on teleworking. You're probably right when
you suggest the importance of choice, coupled with flexibility. Part
of the problem I think is that it needs an enlightened employer such
that he/she doesn't think the teleworking member of staff is doing
something else instead. Also I think it only needs an enlightened
employer to have a 'bad experience' for them to then decide that
everyone comes into the office and clocks in.
