We are seeking input, comments and participants in the upcoming April 12
/14 conference sponsored by the Government of Lapland and the University of
Lapland. As you know this is a very strategic location due to its proximity
to Russia and closeness to North America and Europe. Lapland makes a
perfect point as the gateway to Russia and Scandinavia. No matter if it's
for warehousing, distribution, transshipment, maintenance, transfers for

Lapland the Northern most part of Finland is poised to become a major
transportation gateway. The University of Lapland is spearheading the
