Whether one agrees with this thesis or not - and the statement seems to
be there to elicit discussion rather than agreement - I would think
they're perfectly within their rights to do so. How many magazines
*don't* filter? Since they're asking for a wide range of views, perhaps
the brief is more agonistic than it might appear. I don't know, since I
haven't read the magazine.
