there is another Andrew Duncan whose work I've seen around some of the more
staid magazines & his seemed the type of work that might prompt the
creation of such a speech-stealing banality as the profile quoted by Gerald
England
<< Just got this morning a copy of an anthology entitled
THE 20th CENTURY ENGLISH POETRY ANTHOLOGY Vol.1
Included is Andrew Duncan
who is described as
"A happy family man too of distinguished pedigree,
Andrew Duncan's sharp mind brings delight to his readers.
Those who have gained his friendship
have something unique to treasure." >>
I can't remember anything else about the guy though, except the amused
thought that he might be mistaked for the resurrected Geoffrey Grigson.
