Chris, Lawrence,
I have a friend, with whom I am in email contact, who is currently working
for the State Department in eastern Croatia as a human rights observer in
the field, specializing in international law violations, refugee flow and
safety, etc etc -- anyway, over the past few years he's worked in Serbia,
Croatia, and most of the former Yugoslavia; he has contacts with Kosovar
Albanian journalists and writers. At the moment he's out in his Land
Rover godknowswhere trying to help people, but when he comes back I'll ask
him if he can get in touch with journalists, poets, and writers who might
be interested in setting up some kind/anykind of heuristic dialogue with
British and American nationals -- via this list or another.
Will keep you posted. Gabriel
