I found very interesting the mails from Cris and Mark and they bring
me one question: since poetry is a craft, I wonder if "form" ( every kind of
form: closed or open), is not always a constraint. Since we start to
feel tired of a old form, the invention of new ones don't bring to us new
forms -which are labeled with the pretention of "freedom"- but new
constraints with a different shape.
Talking about the same subject on an different art, I read Ornette Coleman
saying -to the big scandal for the integrist- that the free jazz needs its rules
to be a form.
