Don't suppose anyone here has a run of Tony Baker's old magazine _Figs_?
I'm looking for some Peter Riley prose items for my Riley
bibliography--Tony tells me they were in issues 2 & 3 (circa 1981-1982), he
believes, & they had some general title like "items written in the places
mentioned". -- He doesn't have copies to hand where he lives now, so I'd be
grateful if some kind soul would give me the exact bibliographical info
(title, issue #, date, pages), & even mail me a xerox. -- Same goes for a
review of _Noon Province_ by Simon Smith in _fragmente_ 1.
Sorry to see things are sort of quiescent here--if things weren't so
pressing on this end I'd be more than happy to stir up something, but till
then... -- I should put in a plug, though, for the recently received _All
Over Susan_ by Kevin Nolan (Barque): a striking book, not least for the
threateningly oblique cover (it looks like a blurry mess until you open it
up flat, & see that it's a gunsight trained on a black object on a
horizon). -- Back to reading Yeats here... --N
