Dear Poets,
Poets of London -- 'Poets go to war: war and warring, armed and unarmed'
This reading is scheduled for Tuesday 28 September as part of Poets of
London's 'Voice of the Poet' series of public readings at Borders.
If anyone should feel moved to enter a discussion of this subject through
the medium of poetry, please send submissions by the deadline, Tuesday 07
September to [log in to unmask]
Borders Books are at 203 Oxford Street, London W1 (nearest tube Oxford
Circus, exit 5 or 7), and readings begin at 8 pm.
A 'reading list' of poets and poems will be posted on the website:
www.newmediacentre.com/poets-of-london
Poets are invited to come and read their own poem if that is convenient or
to give permission for another poet to read their work.
When submitting please give publication details for your poem if
appropriate of where you live and what you do as a day job.
PS: I am having slight trouble understanding the ictus list protocol so
meant to sent this to all yesterday.
Every good wish,
S.C. Crawford (Sally)
