New AGENDA poets:
CHARLES LEFTWICH grew up in Natal,
South Africa. He won the Chancellor's
Medal for an English Poem while at
Cambridge. He has worked as an English
lecturer at various universities and is
an award winning journalist.
ELIZABETH COOK has published several
short stories, a study of Renaissance
poetry, Seeing Through Words, Yale 1986
and edited various texts including John
Keats, Oxford 1990.
S.C. CRAWFORD was previously an
award-winning medical journalist and
now works in academic publishing. She
lives in London and is the founder of the
group Poets of London whose multi-city
project is sponsored by the ICA.
KEITH JONES is an Anglo-Welsh poet
who has worked some thirty three years
overseas for the British Council. His first
collection Fool Faces . . . 22 Poems For
The Wheel, was published by Tetralith
in 1975.
