I think your biggest problem here is keeping it up to date - I don't see
anyway round having two sets of information - ie. twice as much writing
for all concerned! However, you may be able to minimise the effort by
using conditional server side includes if your page design will support
this -
eg. you write a basic HTML framework which should include as much of the
"fancy stuff", navigation links, font settings etc. etc. then the
content of the page is conditionally selected (this might be by domain,
user choice etc) -- something like:
<html>
<headers and metadata>
<body statement>
<Navigation bar, logo and any generic material>
<!--#if expr="${REMOTE_HOST}=/.somewhere.com/" -->
show this text
<!--#else -->
show that text
<!--#endif -->
<footer material>
