Hi Steven
Have you received many replies to your question yet?
As I mentioned recently to this list I wrote a report on Web Editor
career issues which is available at:
<URL: http://www.ariadne.ac.uk/issue18/web-focus/>
In the article I suggested that a number of the issues facing web editors
would be best addressed at a higher level than the individual institution,
such as through bodies such as UCISA SDG [1], the AUT [2], the BCS [3], etc.
Since the article was published I've been asked to make some concrete
suggestions for areas which such bodies could address.
I'd welcome suggestions. Volunteers who would be willing to become
actively involved in any work plan would also be welcomed!
Thanks
Brian
