Dear all,
I am trying to find out the cost of traffic signals to vehicles. The
earliest reference, Webster and Cobbe, 1966, states that traffic
signal account for a third of the journey time in city centres and
give an estimate of queueing at traffic signals to be about 100
million vehicle hours per annum.
Does anyone know any reference to the current situation? Please send
reply to me directly.
Thanks.
