Hi all,
We tried to realign fMRI images using SPM 99b. (6 continuous axial slices,
slice thickness 6mm, 600 scans/run, TR 500 msec). We used default
realignment for 1 subject with n sessions, adjustment for sampling errors.
Displaying the resulting images in SPM 99b looked alright but displaying
them in another software tool showed us that the first and last slice
were "empty" with only 4 slices "surviving" realignment. Can anyone tell
us if there is a reason for this phenomenon, anything special which has to
be taken into account when realigning data sets like ours.
Any help would be highly appreciated
