Subject: CUSTOMER REQUESTS

I am currently examining customer requests using data from Westminster
Libraries, to determine exactly what kinds of material public library users
pay to request. The research will be based on a sample of about 2,000 to
3,000 requests. The last similar published research I am aware of was from
Nottinghamshire Libraries in 1973. If any public library authorities have
done or know of any such research into customer requests, I would be
interested to hear about it.
Many thanks
