I understand that you want to remotely log in into the NT workstation and edit files,
run jobs, etc. Microsoft does not really want you to do it :-)
But you can purchase/install telnetd and do it with some limitations. I use telnetd
which is part of Exceed package (http://www.hummingbird.com/) and which allows to use
DOS edit within vt100 window. You may also look at public domain Unix emulations on
NT (http://www.research.att.com/sw/tools/uwin/ or
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/ among others)
