The Homerton Health Shop is a new and exciting concept in health
information. Located in a new purpose built facility at the main
entrance of this modern East London hospital, the Centre will provide a
wide range of information resources to the local multicultural
community.
Using the latest technology, the Shop will hold accurate and up to date
information on a wide range of health and cancer related issues. The
information will be presented in a number of formats, suited to the
needs of our diverse community.
The Centre is due to open in early 2000 and we are now seeking a dynamic
Project Coordinator with experience of consumer health information to
work with enthusiasm and creativity to lead the planning, commissioning
and development of this new venture. You must combine strong influencing
and problem solving skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to
fruition. You will need to be able to operate at a high level across
all sectors of healthcare and representative groups throughout the local
community.
