Inquire doesn't work for asterisk, because there are two of them: standard
input and standard output.
If one wants to inquire what file is connected to the unit that's the same
as asterisk (say for output), get the unit number from ISO_FORTRAN_ENV,
then "INQUIRE(unit=foo, name=filename)".
I still don't see a need for magic unit numbers.
