What is the UNESCO Thesaurus and why are we using it?
The day will introduce colleagues to the UNESCO thesaurus, and to the uses
and benefits of a structured thesaurus in the context of subject indexing
and data exchange.
There will be an opportunity to hear from some established users of the
thesaurus, as well as from recent adherents, and to discuss the benefits and
challenges which the UNESCO thesaurus provides.
