Dear Michael,
Either I have misunderstood you or you misunderstod me totally. I am *NOT*
making fun of you or your ideas. I know nothing of iron and wht
happens/could happen to it. I know nothing of chemical processes regarding
iron. In fact, I know very little about chemistry at all, as I am an
archaeologist and didn't even study it in high school. What I do know now
has been self-learned, through a few years of working with chemists and
physics on my various projects.
I only wrote to you to tell you of a phenomenon that I have noticed, that
tin oxidizes to another color. In fact, I don't even understand why you
took exception to the sharing of information. My purpose was more to tell
you of another metal which can change color under certain conditions. I
assume that people have been giving you grief, but please don't put
everyone into the same pot.
best wishes,
carole
