Dear Eddine
Dear experts
Well this may not be the right definition for me, however, as I can easily
understand you distress when beginning with SPM, here are the information I
can provide you. I hope that more experts than me will correct/enhance the
following if necessary.
I'm spm beginner, in the first time i have just started to work with
spmwin ( i'll project to use spm99 on the sparc under unix environment) and
i try to follow up the processing stages described in the url but witout
sucess, i can't carry on to the end. In the realignment steep i have
this message "at least two files should be specified for realignment". I
used many combinations of files... no success.
First be sure that your data are in the right input format (separated
volumes with headers).
As I figure it, you should not have imported the scans into the right
place. The way to proceed is simply by opening the file manager (this may
not be the right word in English), selecting all the files you wish to
import, drag and drop them on the book icon of your realignment window
(there should be only one book per realignment).
Set the parameters and run the process.
If you have done that with no success, please detail further what you do.
Win SPM is working perfectly under win98 and may not be in cause here.
I hope there is some body help me TO UNDERSTAND the different steep of
processing stages and tell me where is my error.
Here I suggest you to read either the SPM course available on the net (the
first chapter if I remember well is a nice introduction to SPM process -
same address than download) or the " human brain function " book. You will
find response to most of your questions. I also found the mail archive to
be helpful. At the end of 98 and the beginning of year 99 you will find
many helpful mails for win SPM usage.
I hope it could provide some help
Best regards
Jack
