It is normal for an infant to be breech at this time. Find out if any of
the local OB;s do external cephalic version(ECV). This would turn the baby
at about 37 weeks to a cephalic presentation if it is a breech still.
Midwives and Ob's here perform ECV. There is a midwife led multi centre
trial on ECV earlier compared with ECV at term. However, the reccomended
time for ECV is at term so that if fetal distress occurs, a ceasearean
section can be done safely.
