Hoping someone can help on this.
We have found some glaucophane-albite-epidote-chlorite rocks in Tasmania.
Back in 1977 EH Brown empirically correlated glaucophane compositions with
pressure, as did Marayuma (1986). These both give max P ~750 Mpa. These
studies now appear a little dated but I cannot find a more recent detailed
study of these relationships. Can anyone advise me as to whether these
studies are still valid, or whether there are more recent and better
(experimentally?) constrained investigations?
