The Ober's test is effective for both determining ITB tightness and
stretching the ITB. Look in any ortho text and you should find it. It is
most effective when the individual has assistance, but can be done alone.
There are other ways to stretch the ITB, but Ober's is probably the best.
Has anyone else had good success with Ober's or any other stretches for
ITBS?
