The Nutrition Epidemiology Group at the Nuffield Institute for Health,
University of Leeds, are carrying out a research study using the
Internet to look at public perceptions of food-related risks and
hazards.
It is a common belief that society is becoming more risk-aware, and
therefore public perception of these risks must be taken into account
if we are to attempt to manage food related risks.
Please would you help us by completing the questionnaire on our
