In your definition what is an "orthopeadic" case? I'm curious to know since 90% plus of my
patients with LBP are orthopeadic in nature.

This seems to be a contradiction in thought......
Manual based treats are derived from examination of biomechanical relationships of soft tissue,
joint movements and muscular relationships and when done properly do get similiar results. Can
you be more specific about when entirely different results occur? When you refer to 'manual
based fix it techniques' are you referring to solely soft tissue massage and joint manipulation
or chiropractic techniques?
