That might be true if you have only little knowledge about the two programs
discussed. The problem people had who know both softwares noted some obvious
and serious mistakes in describing the two programs - and that makes it much
less informative. It is for example complete non-sense that Atlas.ti cannot be
used for complex projects (sorry for the harsh word) and this mistake could
have been made only by someone who does not know the software well (or only one
of the two programs). As already has been pointed out, there are a number of
other errors as well.
My suggestion would be that someone writes a comment on the article that will
then also be published in the same electronic journal. The article and the
comment together might then provide an informative source.
