Dear people:
I am presently reviewing two books on developing
interdisciplinary rehabilitation pathways for people with various
diagnoses. Although the books have similarities in their overall
approaches, there are a number of important differences
(including the lingo).
Can anyone clarify for me the important differences between a
critical pathway, a clinical pathway, and a protocol? And, based
on the terminology the authors present, should there be important
differences in the material presentation?
Thanks for your help,
Murray
PS. I am taking the easy way out. I haven't even been to the
library on this subject. But if anyone wants to debate the
physical therapy use of diagnostic ultrasound (ultrasonography),
I'm ready.
