Brian may update his list with another editor, I think quite a lot of
people are likely to use:
I was made curious and just tried Netscape Composer (from Communicator
version 4.05) on a DONOR page containing DC metadata.
NS Composer cuts out repeated metadata elements and only keeps the last
one. (I did a simple retrieve action from the website and save as action
on local disk, without even adding a whitespace)
