Preliminary Call for Papers
ASAI'99
Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence
Buenos Aires, Argentina
September 8-9, 1999
The Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (ASAI'99) will be held
in Buenos Aires, on September 8-9. The symposium aims to provide a forum
for researchers and practitioners to discuss and interchange ideas and
experiences on diverse topics on artificial intelligence. ASAI'99 seeks
original works in the wide spectrum of application of artificial
intelligence, from academic research to industrial and business
applications with significant impact and lessons learned from application
development. The symposium will feature invited talks, paper and poster
sessions, and panels presenting both mature work and new ideas in research
and applications.
Submissions can be full papers addressing any topic on artificial
intelligence or short papers describing ongoing research projects at
academic or development environments. An international program committee
using criteria appropriate to their category will review papers. Papers
may be accepted for presentation as talks, as part of a panel, or as
posters. Submissions are due on May 3, 1999.
ASAI'99 is part of JAIIO'99, the 28th International Conference of the
Argentine Computer Science and Operational Research Society (SADIO). The
full JAIIO Conference will be held on September 6-10, including symposiums
in other relevant areas.
