Hello Maike,
if you mean a praktikum as a student, it is very difficult in Australia. In
Sydney for example, we have the biggest school (in terms of student numbers)
in the world so it is difficult to find enough clinical placements for ther
own students. Foreign students are welcome, but they must arrange their own
placement.....difficult.
