CALL FOR PAPERS
Asian Studies Review, the flagship journal for the Asian Studies Association
of Australia, wishes to solicit papers examining issues relevant to modern
Asia. The editors welcome contributions of
material which sets Asia in a global context and/or examines its internal,
intercultural and subregional dynamics.
The Asian Studies Review is multi-disciplinary, and publishes scholarly work
pertinent to Asia, across the humanities and social sciences. Submissions in
cultural studies, literature, religion, politics and economics are
particularly suitable.
The journal appears four times a year and all papers are submitted for peer
review. Manuscripts should be about 8,000 - 10,000 words in length. For
