We use hardware from traksys to put video onto CDs, and they have a
software package that is very effective for coding video or CD. It
costs £1200 and seems a bit clumsy for handling transcripts. There is
also freeware called IGOR which does a similar job. Not sure if the
originator wants to be deluged with requests so I am inviting them to
circulate the group if they wish.
