Good news: it IS already if you are using Virtual PC with Windows 95 installed
Bad news: You need a very fast machine, as Virtual PC is itself a software
layer between the MacOS and Windows 95.
If you want the best of both worlds you could also insert a hardware add-on
(what was the name?) to your Mac which will make it a fast PC and still be a
Mac.
