comprehensive institution with over 18,400 students is located
30 miles southeast of Nashville. The University offers, through

Foreign Languages and Literature: Two Positions. (No. 1-124170)
Chairperson: Candidates must qualify for appointment at the
associate or professor rank. Immediate consideration for tenure
possible. Demonstrated leadership skills, administrative
experience, at least 5 years of full-time college teaching
experience, and hold an earned Ph.D. in one of the following:
French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, or Spanish. (No.
2-124140) Spanish Generalist: Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered.
Native or near-native proficiency. Proficiency in teaching
advanced grammar and composition highly desirable. Interest in
methodology and integrating technology into instruction helpful.
