Hello everyone
Many thanks to those of you who replied to my last message about putting
items from the European Information Association's newsletter, EIA
Update, onto the discussion list on a regular basis.
The overwhelming opinion was that I should continue to do this.
Although EIA members receive the newsletter in hard copy, many of you
said receiving it electronically means you don't have to retype the URLs
for the website addresses. I will also let you into a secret -
occasionally, I don't have space to put all the references into the
newsletter, but the electronic version will be able to carry them all!
And of course, for non members, you are getting an extra service. If
you'd like to see the whole newsletter and enjoy our other services
(journal, training course, publications etc), then you might like to
consider beoming an EIA member. Please contact me if you'd like more
information about this.
Thanks again for all your input.
Catherine
