Dear David,
It was me who asked the question.
There have been lot of work in the area of distributed simulation to
handle latency, concurrency and other data boradcasting issues.
Please try and follow bit more about DIS protocols and HLA (High
Level Architecture) work. You will find some useful work. Places to
look for is American conferences dedicated to Simulation. Try I/ITSEC
conference proceeding as the starting point. There were some workshop
dedicated to DIS protocols.
