The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) launched a
new grants program for fellowships in graduate environmental studies programs
in the U.S. Called, Science to Achieve Results, or the STAR Program, it
invites pre-applications for graduate fellowships in academic disciplines
relating
to environmental management including physical, biological, and social
sciences
and engineering. The fellowship program provides up to $34,000 per
year of support. This amount covers a $17,000 annual stipend, $5,000 for
