Dear Jacqueline,
thanks for making this query to the list. I'm sure that many of us will find answers
useful, so I hope that people will reply to the list.
As for us, we will be using *Parliamo Italiano* in first year; in second, we rely
heavily on materials deemed suitable by each individual instructor. I must say,
though, that I like the idea of using a book like Da Capo or (even though it's d
ated)
McCormick's *Basic Italian Grammar* as a guide to second-year courses.
