I am pleased to announce that Julia Bolton Holloway, together with the
Harold Acton Library of the British Institute of Florence and the Casa
Guidi Museum in Florence, has set up a new website for Anglo-Italian
Studies, labeled as a "cyberspace interdisciplinary studies journal", which
you can find at the following address:
http://www.geocities.com/Wellesley/9984/Anglo.htm
So far it contains essays by E. M. Makepeace (on the Codex Amiatinus, but
the link needs to be fixed), Enrico Nencioni (on Elisabeth Barrett
Browning) and Julian Bolton Holloway (on a variety of medieval, early
modern and modern subjects), a book review by Julia Bolton Holloway (of
Geoffrey C. Munn, _Castellani and Giuliano: Revivalist Jewellers of the
19th Century_, New York: Rizzoli, 1984), and a short bibliography.
Submissions of essays, reviews and bibliographic materials are very welcome
and should be directed to Julia Bolton Holloway ([log in to unmask]).
