A World Wide Web Consortium Advisory Committee Meeting will be held at CERN
on 24-25 June. I have asked for the opportunity to discuss rights issues
and new web developments to be discussed. These issues are of clear
interest to a number of eLib projects.
I would welcome comments from members of this list on this matter, and
especially on the response from Tim Berners-Lee and his thoughts at:
http://www.w3.org/DesignIssues/LinkMyths.html
and

Thanks
Brian
