formatting or presentation:
My role here is to get the content nailed down--my assumption is that at
some point this document will be passed on to someone who will be in charge
of putting it up on a REAL server and maintaining it. They will have their
own preferences as to how it should look. My preference is to keep it
simple. Like you, I don't have the time to do much else.
