Liz, I used NUDIST in my PhD research but I used it as a tool to manage
data, much like I use SPSS as a tool to analyze data, so I didn't talk
about it in the thesis. But then, qualitative analysis was only a small
part of the project - I mostly used NUDIST to apply a coding scheme that I
developed in earlier research to a new batch of think-aloud protocol data.
My understanding is that the QSR Web site has examples of write-ups of
research using NUDIST, but I haven't looked at any so I'm not sure if
that'll give you what you need.
