Thanks for your reply. I am used to apply pulsed ultrasound for some chronic
case. For example, to release muscle spasm or to soften scar tissue, the
pulsed ultrasound of 20% duty cycle and 0.25-0.5 w/cm2 is very effective.
Because the pulse wave can change the influence of the calcium channel,
increase absorption the fluids between cells, and break some linkage of
adhesive tissue.
This is my concepts. Have any suggestions?

for aute case the Pulse wave is also effective. What is ?70cm2 and ?0cm2 ?

lesions, was in fact a possible protocol for an acute/sub acute lesion (and
I've only noticed the mistake after having read Shun-An Yang message). Yang
is right when he mentioned the use of continuous wave for acute lesions (I
presumed that the main question was related to thermal effects, that might
be achieved with continuous wave).
